What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. We offer On-Ramp classes at 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On-Ramp is designed for the individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes. You will be exposed to the movement curriculum and receive progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are typical of a group class. Please call to schedule.
